How to Sign Up for Authura

What You’ll Do

Create a new Authura account by choosing your role, entering your details, and signing in through a one-time Magic Link sent to your email.

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

  • Access to the Authura homepage

  • Your full name and an email address you can access

  • A few minutes to open the Magic Link email and complete sign-in

Steps

  1. Go to the Authura homepage and click Sign up in the top-right corner.

  2. Choose how you will use Authura:

    • Educator — for creating courses, managing learners, and viewing progress

    • Learner — for accessing courses, completing quests, and tracking progress

    Note: Selecting Educator or Learner determines the onboarding experience and tools available after sign-up.


    Click Continue to move to the sign-up form.

  3. Enter your:

    • Full Name

    • Email

  4. Read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by selecting the checkbox.

  5. Click Send magic link.

  6. Open the email sent by Authura and click the Magic Link.

  7. After selecting the link, you'll be signed in and taken to your Authura Dashboard.

What You Should See

After clicking Send magic link, you should see a confirmation that the link has been sent to your email address.

Once you open the email and click the Magic Link, Authura signs you in and gives you access to your account.

Common Issues

The Send magic link button is inactive
Make sure you've selected the checkbox agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The email hasn't arrived yet
Check your spam or junk folder before requesting another magic link.

I already have an account
Use the Log In link on the Sign Up page instead of creating a new account.
