Before You Start

Before contacting Authura:

  • Know whether you need support or want to submit feedback

  • Have details about your issue, question, or suggestion ready

  • If reporting a problem, gather any relevant information that may help explain the issue

Note: Support requests and product feedback are handled through separate channels. Using the correct channel helps ensure your request reaches the right team.

Steps

  1. Decide whether you need support or want to submit feedback.

  2. If you need help with account access, login problems, course access, technical assistance, or general support questions, open your email app.

  3. Create a new message addressed to [email protected].

  4. Describe your issue or question and include any relevant details that may help the support team understand the situation.

  5. Send your email to create a support ticket.

  6. If you want to report a content issue, technical issue or feature request, visit feedback.authura.com.

  7. Sign in to the feedback portal if prompted.

  8. Choose the appropriate board:

    • Report a Content Issue

    • Report a Technical Issue

    • Suggest an Improvement

  9. Click the blue Contribute button.

  10. Enter the details of your report or suggestion.

  11. Submit your post.

What You Should See

After completing the appropriate process:

  • Your email is successfully sent to the Authura support team, or

  • Your feedback is successfully submitted through the feedback portal

This confirms your request, report, or suggestion has been submitted through the correct channel.

Common Issues

I submitted a support request through the feedback portal
The feedback portal is intended for content issues, technical issue reports, and feature requests.
