How to Buy a Playbook

What You’ll Do

Purchase a Playbook from the Authura Playbook library by finding the Playbook you want, completing the purchase process, and confirming that your payment was successful.

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

• Access to the Playbook library

• Valid payment information ready to enter during checkout

Note: You can find Playbooks by browsing the Playbook library or by using search to locate a specific Playbook before purchasing.

Steps

1. Open the Playbook library.

   From the Playbook library, search for the Playbook you want or browse the available Playbooks.

2. Select the Playbook.

   Click the Playbook you want to purchase to open its detail page.

3. Click Purchase.

   On the Playbook detail page, select Purchase in the top-right corner.

4. Enter your payment information.

   Complete the payment information form with your payment details.

5. Confirm the purchase.

   Review your payment information and submit the payment to complete the purchase.

What You Should See

After your payment is submitted successfully, a confirmation window appears confirming that the Playbook has been purchased.

Once the confirmation window appears, the purchase is complete and the Playbook is available in your account.

Common Issues

The Purchase button does not appear

The Purchase button may not be available if the Playbook has already been purchased or if the Playbook is not available for individual purchase.

Payment is unsuccessful

Double-check that your payment information was entered correctly and try submitting the payment again.

No confirmation window appears

Verify your payment details and resubmit the purchase. If the confirmation window still does not appear, contact support for assistance.
