How to Join a Course

Learn how to register for a Course from an invitation link and access it from your Courses list

What You’ll Do

Accept your Course invitation, open the Playbook, and purchase it so you can access the course content and quests.

Before You Start

  • Make sure your educator has invited you to the Course

  • Open the invitation email sent to your inbox

  • Be ready to complete the Playbook purchase if required

Steps

  1. Open the invitation email from your educator.

  2. Select the invitation link or button in the email. You can also copy and paste the invitation URL into a new browser tab.

  3. The invitation opens the Course Overview screen. Under the educatorrofile, confirm that you see the green status message registration approved.

  1. Select Accept Invitation in the top-right corner.

  2. Confirm that the green status message changes to successfully enrolled.

  3. Confirm that the top-right button changes from Accept Invitation to Go to Playbook.

  1. Select Go to Playbook to open the Playbook Map.

Important: Accepting the invitation enrolls you in the Course, but you must still purchase the Playbook before you can access modules and quests.

  1. On the Playbook Map, select Purchase in the top-right corner.

  1. Complete the purchase in the Stripe checkout modal that opens.

  2. After your purchase is complete, open Courses from the left sidebar to find your Course.

What You Should See

  • The invitation status changes from registration approved to successfully enrolled

  • The top-right button changes from Accept Invitation to Go to Playbook

  • The Playbook opens after you select Go to Playbook

  • The Course appears in the Courses module after purchase

  • You can access the Playbook modules and quests

Common Issues

I don't see the invitation email
Ask your educator to resend the Course invitation.

I accepted the invitation but can't access quests
Confirm that you completed the Playbook purchase. Enrollment alone does not provide access to learning content.

The Course opens but I still can't view content
If you have not purchased the Playbook yet, select Buy or Purchase Playbook from the top-right area of the Playbook to continue.
