How to Log In With a Magic Link
Learn how to access your Authura account using a secure email link instead of a password

What You’ll Do
Log in to your Authura account using a secure Magic Link sent to your email address.
You won't need a password — simply request a link, open the email, and select the link to access your account.
Before You Start
Make sure you have access to the email address associated with your Authura account
Confirm that you can receive emails at that address
Be ready to open the Magic Link shortly after receiving it, as Magic Links expire after 5 minutes
Remember that "Log In" and "Sign In" refer to the same process in Authura
Steps
A Magic Link is a secure, one-time login link sent to your email. Instead of entering a password, you use the link to access your Authura account.
Open the Authura login page.
Enter the email address associated with your Authura account.
Select Send Magic Link.

Select the Magic Link in the email.
Important: Magic Links expire after 5 minutes and are intended for one-time use. Open and select the link as soon as you receive it to avoid needing a new login link.
Wait while Authura logs you in automatically.
If the Magic Link expires before you use it:
Return to the login screen
Wait for the countdown timer to reach zero
Select Resend to request a new Magic Link
Open the new email and use the new link
The countdown timer shows how much time remains before the current Magic Link expires. If the timer reaches zero, the link can no longer be used and you'll need to request a new one.
Note: You can request a new Magic Link as many times as you need.
What You Should See
After selecting a valid Magic Link, Authura automatically logs you in and takes you to your Dashboard or the page you were trying to access.
Common Issues
I didn't receive the Magic Link email
Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders. Also confirm that you entered the correct email address.
I entered my email but can't log in
Make sure you're using the same email address associated with your Authura account.
My Magic Link doesn't work
The link may have expired. Magic Links expire after 5 minutes and can only be used once.
The countdown timer reached zero
Select Resend to request a new Magic Link and use the newest email you receive.
I closed or missed the login email
Return to your inbox and search for the Authura login email, or request a new Magic Link if needed.
